Refund Policy
At SKR Driving School, we aim to provide a fair and transparent refund process for all learners. You may receive a full refund if your lesson is cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, if we cancel a lesson due to unavoidable circumstances, or if an incorrect or duplicate payment has been made. Refunds are always returned to the original payment method. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable, and a £25 late cancellation fee will be applied to cover instructor expenses. No refunds will be issued in cases of no-shows, arriving unfit to drive, unsafe behaviour, or booking the wrong lesson type without timely notice. Continuous or repeated cancellations may result in loss of refund eligibility and may incur the £25 fee, as well as possible restriction of future bookings. If package or block booking refunds are requested, unused lessons will only be refunded when requested at least 24 hours before the next scheduled session, and used lessons will be charged at the standard rate.
