In addition to our privacy rules, we have a clear cancellation policy designed to ensure fairness and protect instructor time. If a lesson is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, you will not receive a refund and a £25 fee will be charged to cover the instructor’s expenses. Lessons cancelled more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. However, continuous or repeated booking and cancellation—regardless of notice period—may lead to loss of refund eligibility and may result in the same £25 fee being applied. This measure ensures that lesson slots are used responsibly and remain available for learners who are ready to commit.
